As a mental performance counselor with a background in mental health, I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve their highest potential in both their personal and professional lives. My primary focus is on enhancing mental well-being and fostering resilience. Through a combination of therapeutic techniques and performance enhancement strategies, I work with clients to address mental health challenges, manage stress, and develop the mindset and skills necessary for peak performance.

In my role, I provide a safe and confidential space for individuals to explore and navigate their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Whether dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or seeking to improve performance in academics, athletics, or the workplace, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
