WHAT IS PRESSURE PROOF™?

The Pressure Proof (aka Pr3game) program is designed to help young athletes develop essential mental skills for managing their emotions in high-pressure sports environments. By focusing on emotional awareness, mindfulness, and cognitive strategies, this program aims to enhance athletic performance while promoting overall mental well-being.

The program is ideal for athletes aged 8-18, including those at various skill levels and from different sports backgrounds. Parents and coaches are encouraged to support their participation to enhance the overall experience and effectiveness of the training.

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

The program consists of regular sessions that focus on key personal competencies such as self-awareness, self-confidence, and emotion regulation. Each meeting is carefully designed to build on these foundational skills. 

 

Classes are conducted in a warm, engaging atmosphere, promoting open communication and comfort. Athletes will engage in interactive exercises, discussions, and assessments that encourage active participation and collaboration. Athletes will also check-in regularly about appetite, sleeping, and other wellbeing factors.

​Regular assessments will be conducted to track athletes' progress. These evaluations provide valuable insights into development and areas where additional support may be needed.

WHAT OUTCOMES CAN I EXPECT?

Athletes will experience improved emotional regulation, increased mental toughness, enhanced performance consistency, and better overall mental health. These skills will not only benefit athletic pursuits but will also translate into other areas of life, promoting resilience and well-being.
