Within Unleash!, I see my role as a supporter to my clients in their personal development as athletes. Because of this, I tailor my approach to each player’s individual needs. My personal experiences, both in and out of sports, have contributed to my overall development and abilities to help players of all ages. I always keep this in mind as I support my clients in their ambitions to accomplish their goals. 

Michael is the CEO and operational lead for SkillsSetsAndBandReps; a long term athletic development model, that focuses on communication, application, routine awareness heightening, mentorship and basketball skill development. Michael’s program services the full range of youth, grade school, high school,
collegiate, professional basketball overseas, and the WNBA/NBA.

Coach Shea is an independent basketball trainer and consultant based in Southern California. He graduated with a degree in Kinesiology from Cal State East Bay; where he also played. It was during this transition into college basketball where he discovered his own need for mindful, adaptable training solutions both on and off the court.

Known quietly in the grassroots basketball scene for his distinct training style, he prides himself in delivering a holistic, athlete-first approach trusted by over 40 NBA players.

He continuously studies literature in sports psychology, physiology, philosophy, nutrition and more with the intent of integrating well-rounded knowledge into his player development strategies.

He currently trains and consults athletes and teams in the United States and internationally. 

The Shoreline Royals were created in 2016 to provide an opportunity for select baseball to an area that historically could not afford traditional "select" baseball. We continue that mission today as a 501-c-3 nonprofit organization. We get to keep costs as low as possible with our only focus being on player development vs profits.

While we started in Shoreline, we have players from all over western WA. Our home field and complex is at Meridian Park in Shoreline.

Justin Neiman is an expert college counselor and admissions coach. He previously served as an undergraduate admissions officer at Harvard University and as an Assistant Dean at Stanford University. With over a decade of experience at two of the nation’s most prestigious institutions, he offers a deep understanding of the selective admissions process at top colleges.

With her background in social work, Amy enjoys integrating her understanding of mental health into running. She believes running should be a life enhancing activity - a way to connect with others, yourself, and the world around you. She is committed to building empowering, positive, and meaningful relationships with her athletes in service of their goals. Amy is a Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned coach and believes that all bodies are runners' bodies.
